Great-sized unit with bunk beds.

Not very clean room.

We were in a good location a 10-15 minute walk from Kamakura Church.

We had a fun stay and totally recommend this hotel to all. The triple room with bunk beds had basic facilities you need. Central heating, a microwave and a fridge were much appreciated.

The hotel's location is convenient, near a nearby seafood restaurant, good restaurants, and Enoshima island. The breakfast was delicious, we thoroughly enjoyed good choice of meals.

The location is central. The place to have lunch at walking distance from the hotel is Chadokorokosuzu. The rooms are perfectly clean for my big suitcase and the staff are very hospitable.

We got great value for our money at Guest House Irodori. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we loved the heated blanket under the table. The location was perfect, close to the train station and attractions. The staff treated us like family, especially the kind-hearted owner.

Breakfast offerings could have included more variety, maybe some protein options.

In overall the room was exceptionally clean and with bunk beds. I really enjoyed that they had a dining area, an ironing set and a work desk. The location was favourable and peaceful - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Moreover, it was about 10 mins walk from Yuigahama Beach

Amazing hosts, fabulous Japanese breakfast spread, comfortable and clean. Small guesthouse with shared facilities and only three bedrooms. Tremendously hospitable owners, like staying in their home. Safe, peaceful location, short walk from train station and major sights.

The hosts were fantastic, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a taste of Japanese cuisine. The guest house was comfortable, with shared facilities that were never an issue. The owner even organized a samurai walking tour, showcasing their great local knowledge.

The value for money at Guest House Irodori was great! The room was comfortable and well-organized, with enough space for my big suitcase. The location was convenient, only a short walk from the train station, beautiful temples, and shopping streets. The staff, especially Bushi, the friendly host, was warm, caring, and always ready to help or have a chat. It felt like stepping into a magical, forgotten world with a Last Samurai as the host. The traditional Japanese breakfast prepared every morning was delicious, and I loved the opportunity to have conversations with other guests and friends of the proprietor. Bonus points for the chance to take a picture with a Samurai sword and have a little sword fight!

I recently stayed at Guest House Irodori for two nights during my trip to explore the beauty of traditional Japan. The guesthouse exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only is it conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions and the beach, but it also offers unique walking tours. The warm hospitality of Bushi, our host, was a highlight of our stay. The homestyle Japanese breakfast provided a delightful opportunity to chat with Bushi and other guests. The guesthouse has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff are always willing to assist and offer excellent recommendations for exploring the area.
